Excelitas Technologies X-Cite® XYLIS II Illuminator is a powerful broadband LED illuminator designed to replace traditional arc lamps in fluorescence applications. This illuminator is designed to be flexible for lab environments as it can be directly coupled to a microscope or deliver light with a liquid light guide. Featuring a broadband 360-770nm spectrum, this illuminator provides excitation for DAPI, CFP, GFP/FITC, YFP, mCherry/Texas Red, CY5, and CY7. The Excelitas Technologies X-Cite® XYLIS II Illuminator offers extremely low noise and requires minimal maintenance with a 25,000-hour operating lifetime. When paired with a TECHSPEC® Fluorescence Filter Set, this illuminator is the ideal solution for fluorescence imaging applications such as fluorescence in-situ hybridization (FISH) labs.
