Enhanced fluorescence imagery

TECHSPEC^® High Performance Fluorescence Dichroic Filters are available in 26 models in cut-on wavelengths from 409nm to 850nm in both 12.5 x 17.6mm and 25.2 x 35.6mm sizes. The RoHS compliant filters feature a transmitted wavefront of λ/10 RMS, surface quality of 40-20, surface flatness (P-V) of λ/2, and an angle of incidence of 45°. Manufactured from a UV fused silica substrate, the hard-coated filters provide an average reflection of greater than 98% and a transmission of greater than 90% for high peak transmission and excellent blocking of unwanted light. Perfectly matched to common fluorophores, TECHSPEC^® High Performance Fluorescence Dichroic Filters enhance fluorescence imagery for a wide range of fluorescence imaging applications.

The rectangular filters, which come standard in two sizes, are an excellent fit into most common Olympus, Nikon and Zeiss fluorescence microscopes.
